A Great Michigan Weekend!
There are so many unique things about Michigan that make life here so special. Just one of those many things is the tradition of the family cottage. Memories have been made for decades and continue today. I am fortunate to have been asked to present at the 11th Annual Cottage & Lakefront Living Show at DeVos Place this weekend. I will appear on the Noon News on WZZM 13 on Thursday March 23rd to preview some of the food I’ll be making at the show. I will also have appearances on WOOD TV with my good friend Rachael Ruiz on Eight West on Friday morning the 24th at 11:00am.
My Seminars at the show are scheduled for:
Friday March 23rd at 4:00 PM
Saturday March 24th at 12:00 Noon & 4:00 PM
Sunday March 25th at 12:00 Noon
I will show you a great way to get kids to eat vegetables (AND thy are happy to do it). As well as my incredible Maple Glazed Cedar Plank Salmon. All products come from my good friends at Byron Center Meats.
