This is one of those things that just makes so much sense for a hot summer get together.
A cold pasta salad that you just can’t get enough of. You’ll be asked for this recipe over and over and it’s simple.  We all love that, right? I sized this down to one pound of pasta so you can easily adjust according to how many folks you are serving. Here is all you need:

  • 1 Pound Bowtie (farfalle) pasta
  • 1 yellow bell pepper-diced
  • 1 seedless cucumber diced
  • 2 carrots-shredded or small dice
  • 2 or 3 radishes thin slice or small dice
  • Basil  (about 8 leaves cut into thin ribbons)
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved lengthwise
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 jar of Sweet French Salad dressing (I used Lighthouse-or choose your favorite)

Gently mix & chill

Please don’t overcook your pasta.  I always cook it at least one minute less than package directions.  This tastes so fresh and looks beautiful.
